Led by Dr. Behnam Ta'i, Aus-HS is managed by a team of international professionals and resource persons. A former senior staff of the United Nations and a Visiting Professor to the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia, Dr. Ta'i is currently the Director of Aus-HS. He has extensive experience in designing, planning and management of international capacity building programmes. In addition to overall management Dr. Tai leads the Aus-HS team in the development of training material and personally facilitates training sessions on good governance and poverty alleviation as well as capacity building and HRD.
