Aus-HS is an Australian capacity building and training organization based in Australia with an independent regional office in India. Aus-HS designs and conducts international capacity building workshops for elected representatives and government officials. Over the past ten years nearly 2500 Asian and African high government officials and elected representatives have participated in these programmes. Past participants have included Ministers, Governors, Mayors, Councilors, Commissioners, Director Generals, Senior Administrators, Bureaucrats and Professionals. Aus-HS also offers advisory services and carries out research complementing its training programmes.
Aus-HS workshops are unique capacity building events. Free from a trainer-trainee environment, learning is generated by collective effort; exchange of international experience, consultation and highlighting of sharp concepts and is effectively coordinated by international resource persons.
